About Us

Montanans for Responsible Stewardship (MRS) is a political organization that works to defend Montana’s hunting and fishing traditions, freedom to access public lands, and commonsense stewardship of our natural resources by electing Republicans with strong Montana values to the state legislature.

 

MRS believes Montana needs honest, commonsense conservatives in the state legislature to:

 

• Defend local Montanans' rights against wealthy out-of-staters.
• Support the rights of everyday Montana hunters to access and harvest wildlife.
• Defend Montana’s hunting and fishing traditions, working lands, and local control.
• Defend  the freedom of Montana hunters and anglers to access public lands while always supporting the rights of private property owners.
• Responsibly steward our natural resources.

 

Montana’s long-standing traditions are under attack by radicals and extremists. Stand with MRS to elect leaders who will defend the freedoms that make Montana our home.
